Share the details that affect the booking
Tell us about children, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, a cake or a preferred seating area in the first message. These are requests to confirm with the venue. A terrace, particular table or last-minute time slot should not be treated as guaranteed until confirmed.
Check the terms before confirming
Ask what the quoted amount covers and whether there is a minimum spend, deposit, cancellation deadline or time limit on the table. How to choose a private yacht charter in Dubai

Match the yacht to your group
Start with the number of guests and how you want to spend the time: a daytime cruise, a celebration or an overnight stay. Day guest capacity and overnight sleeping capacity are different. Ask for the cabin layout and compare the specifications for your chosen yacht rather than using length alone as a guide.
Decide on duration and departure
Share your preferred date, departure time and how long you would like to charter. If you have a route or boarding location in mind, include it in the request. The operator needs to confirm the departure point, route and any operational or weather-related limits for that booking.
Request a complete quote
Check the charter duration, crew, fuel or route allowances, catering, drinks, transfers and any extras in the written proposal.
